To be eligible for a refund or exchange, I require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item/s must be unused and in original condition/packaging it arrived in. Without this it will not be processed.
I am unable to exchange items that are returned in anything less than like-new condition so if the item is damaged in transit, you will not receive any refund.
When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as I am not liable for lost packages. I am not responsible for the cost of return postage
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, I will happily issue you a refund on full priced items within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please email me and I will promptly send you return instructions.
You can either exchange the item for something else, receive store credit, or return it for a full refund to the payment card. If there's an item missing from your order, please email me so I can get you your pieces!
I do not offer refunds or exchanges on discounted, damage-free condition pieces.
If your pottery arrives broken, please take a photograph of the damage and send the pictures over by email within a week of delivery. I'll get a replacement out to you asap!
